I have more than 2 decades of leadership experience in the transportation industry with responsibilities for financial accountability, profitability and business growth.

West Fargo needs to manage it's growth over the next 5 years strategically. A prudent and fiscally responsible plan needs to be implemented to avoid the City acquiring more debt.

The cost of living and doing business in West Fargo need to be reduced to attract opportunities. If the City's costs and debts are reduced it will make West Fargo more attractive to businesses and residents.

I generally do not support incentives. However, each opportunity should be looked at individually and stand on their own merit in terms of the incentive cost and the benefit to the community.

I would look at removing the layers of Government that may stand in the way of increasing housing development.
