As a lifelong resident of Cass County I see the need for representation from the rural area to improve coordination between the Fargo/West Fargo Metroplex and the rural area.

County Road system - unified effort tying rural to metropolitan area

Property tax - stewardship of property tax obligations making sure assessments are fair.

Health and Safety of all residents

1. Work with sheriff's department RE: area patrol

2. Cost of essential services in the district (i.e. rural fire departments)

3. Efficiency of services for aging resident

D) Assessment of and reevaluation of services offered

Provide open avenues of communication with residents of the county.

Will continue with participation in the planning and zoning committee.

I am in support of incentives on the condition they are carefully administrated.

I am in support of tax exemptions for new homes as is.

I have attended the F/M MetroCOG meeting and realize the demographic impact on business development. I would be vigilant to ensure there is affordable housing available for the expanding workforce.
