I am a Moorhead resident since 1982. My wife Lois of 48 years and I have 4 adult children and 20 grandchildren. I served nearly 10 years in the Air Force and am a Vietnam veteran. In 1977 I graduated from Cal State Sacramento with a BS in Finance. I retired from the US Postal Service in 2006 after 22 years of service. I have been a director for two Christian non-profits. We now spend time enjoying our grandchildren as they grow up.

Q&A with Ken:

  • I am very concerned and passionate about helping the next generation be the best they can be. My observation is that the pendulum is swinging in the wrong direction in this district. The student grade level scores in the basics have been steadily declining the past 10 years. It is time for a change, and I will seek out and advocate for the necessary changes to swing the pendulum back in the right direction.
