Legacy fund was set up for a rainy-day fund when the oil revenue dries up. One day it will.

As I go door to door and speak to my constituents. Property taxes and specials is by far the number one problem. Property tax as it is currently set up taxes unrealized gains of people property and it hurts retired people who are on fixed income.
